iPhone 5S SIM Tray And iPad 5 Rear Shell Interior Leaked [IMAGE]

iPhone 5S SIM Tray And iPad 5 Rear Shell Interior Leaked [IMAGE]

Rumors pertaining to the fifth-gen iPad have begun heating up over the past few weeks, and the consensus seems to be that the device will take on a similar form factor to that of the iPad mini. Today, a photo purported to illustrate the interior of the rear shell of the “iPad 5″ has been released by Tactus, the same company that offered the world a glimpse into the shell of the supposed low-cost iPhone. From the image, it would appear as though the various contours and grooves tie in with earlier such leaks, and although we’re reserving full judgment until we encounter some more substantial evidence, it’s looking very much like we should begin bracing ourselves for a “large iPad mini.” Apart from the alleged iPad 5 exterior shell, a SIM tray has also popped up which is claimed to be of the next-gen iPhone, dubbed the iPhone 5S. More details right after the jump.

We still don’t know, as yet, when exactly Apple is planning on releasing the next-gen full-sized iPad, and the company’s decision to release two generations within seven months last year makes it even harder to spot any kind of pattern in the release cycle. Earlier this month, we heard it could be going into production this July / August, but a recent case leak has suggested it could be set for launch much sooner, with an iPad 5 release date announcement now from Cupertino rumored for as early as June 18th.

Typically, this latest leak is of rather substandard quality, particularly given how easy it is to take a sharp shot from almost any high-end smartphone of the past year or two. With that said, it’s almost as if a bad snap is now a trademark of these guys and their early leaks, and since the detail is just about viewable at a squint, we’ll have to take what we can currently get. Hopefully, Tactus will follow this leak up with a sharper image so the tech world can properly scrutinize some of the key design alterations.

iPad5rearshell

Having been impressed by the design of the iPad mini (if not the high price and lack of a Retina display), I certainly do hope these rumors and leaks ring true. Often, it only takes one or two murmurings to begin a spin of fabrication like we saw in the months prior to the release of the iPhone 4S, but with the full-sized iPad looking a tad bloated and unwieldy compared to its slimmer, lighter cousin, Apple would perhaps be missing a trick if it didn’t put give its flagship slab a makeover.

iPad-iPhone

As well as the iPad 5 leak, Japanese hardware company Moumantai has also posted what is claimed to be the SIM tray of the iPhone 5S. Given that we’re expecting the next Apple smartphone to borrow most if not all of its design traits from the iPhone 5, it should come as no surprise that the next nano-SIM tray looks pretty much identical to that of the current model:

Introducing Game D for iPad mini – Cool

An iPad Mini gaming accessory named Game D has surfaced on Techdy this week, as its founding team push for fundraising in order to produce the device.

The controller, which doubles up as a smart cover looks absolutely awesome. It’s built from aluminum, and allows you to game in a flat, hand held configuration, or upright in a more arcade-style gaming outfit. It’s button layout is reminiscent of Sony’s Playstation controller (minus analog sticks), and at first looks, appears well suited to iOS mobile gaming.

The team at the heart of this project are looking for half a million dollars in the next 29 days in order to make this a reality. The reservation price is $39 including US shipping. So far, the project has only garnered minimal support, however, as coverage heightens the project is sure to pick up pace.
Up until now, no company has produced a convincing solution to dedicated gaming on the iPad Mini, and so it would be really nice to see a project such as this take off. If you’d like to know more about the product, then be sure to check out the video below!

Tips and tricks for iOS 6 - Picture perfect

Snap photos while shooting videos. You’re using your iPhone 5 to film a magical moment, and you wish you could snap a photo at the same time. Don’t stop recording! Just tap the camera button, which appears on-screen in addition to the shutter button as you film. You aren’t using the iPhone’s true photo sensor; you’re getting the slightly less impressive video sensors instead, but the photos should still turn out pretty nicely. Note that this tip doesn’t work on older iPhones.

Free yourself from the confines of left-to-right-only panoramas.
Reverse panorama. While we’re sharing tips that work only with certain iPhones, here’s one that matters just to folks with the iPhone 4S or newer—that is, iPhones that support taking panoramic photos. Normally, the Camera app prompts you to take those photos from left to right. To reverse that, tap once on the panorama guide to flip it to the opposite side of your screen.

The Top Features Of The Apple iPhone 5

As far as must have, cool gadgets go the iPhone has always been up there with the best of them. The furore and excitement surrounding the iPhone 5 has been palpably throbbing, with queues forming outside Apple stores, well in advance of the 21 September release date.

But will the delivery live up to the hype? Let’s find out…

Overview – The most impressive release to date, the iPhone 5 is notably sleeker but packs a right wallop with 4G support, a longer screen and an A6 chip that’s twice as fast as before. If that doesn’t get you drooling, there’s better battery life and a brand new iSight camera too.

Screen – The iPhone 5 screen is notably larger now, with a retina display of 4 inches with an impressive 1136x640-pixel resolution at 326 ppi. It means you can squeeze more onto the screen, whether it’s displaying your favourite apps, playing movies or browsing the web.

Performance – The A6 chip has the iPhone 5 working with noticeably greater fluidity, enhancing everything from apps usage to movie viewing.

Battery – Battery life is one of the many enhanced characteristics of the iPhone 5, with 8 hours 3G browsing time, 8 hours talk time and 10 hours video playback.

Camera – The new panorama feature in the camera app is slick, processing a 360 degree image of any room. In fact Apple has made some significant improvements to the (already decent) camera in V4 – with a lens of 4.1mm. The ISO range is also larger with the iPhone 5.

Build – The sleeker build feels lighter to hold – with a weight of 112g. The iPhone 5 has kept its stunning aesthetics, with the stylish glass/aluminium construction. The new Nano-SIM on the side replaces the old mini-SIM and a new Lightening connector replaces the old 30-pin model. It all helps to reduce the size and weight of the Apple iPhone 5.

Siri – The upgrades continue with a better Siri, which is able to launch apps via voice command as well as voice based Facebook entries. Additionally, restaurant searches are now powered by Open Table, while the engine behind movie reviews is Rotten Tomatoes.

Games Performance – Always a good gauge to test the processor speed, games are slicker to play on the iPhone 5 thanks to the new A6 chip.

Operating System – The iOS6 brings a number of improvements to iOS5, with Siri now fully compatible with everything from Yelp to Fandango. Facebook, Twitter, and support for Google Maps.

Connectivity – Ultrafast wireless has the means to operate on just about any carrier – it handles HSPA+ (20Mbps), DC-HSDPA (42Mbps), and LTE (max 100 Mbps). The iPhone’s Wi-Fi is also superior to the iPhone 4 boasting sporting 802.11N (dual channel 2.4GHz plus 5GHz) with a full speed of 150Mbps.

Audio – Apple really has tried to improve the audio on the iPhone 5. The phone brags no less than 3 microphones (front, back and bottom) , which makes for enhanced sound quality for recordings and calls. Perhaps among the most impressive additions is the noise cancelling feature, muting unwanted background murmuring while you’re making calls. Even the ear pods have undergone a transformation, offering both a better sound and fit.

All in all, the iPhone 5 certainly has delivered more impressive features to an already top of the range piece of kit.

Tips For Making Your Ipad Work For You

Tips For Making Your Ipad Work For You

The uses and abilities of the iPad are truly astounding. There is a good reason why they are so popular with consumers. With great versatility comes great complexity, however, so it takes some time and effort to learn how to navigate the device and its features. Reading this article will help you to use your iPad well. Continue reading to learn great information.

Is your iPad loud? You should go to your Settings and choose the Sound tab. You can delete the alerts for your email or calendar notifications. You can reduce the sound level of the alerts if you would rather not turn them off.

If WiFi join notifications annoy you, simply get rid of them. Go to your Settings and access the Wi-Fi tab. Choose that and this will no longer pop up.

Make sure your iPad contains a security feature, even though you may think this is unnecessary. It's always possible that you could lose it, and your iPad typically contains lots of personal information, such as phone numbers, emails, and maybe even your bank information or social security number.

To protect your investment, you need to understand how to properly care for your new iPad. The first thing to keep in mind is that it should never be placed in direct sunlight or inside a place that is extremely hot. Battery performance is degraded with intense heat. You must also keep the iPad away from areas where it may be subjected to liquids. You may also want to place a padded cover on top of it for even more protection.

If you have a Google calendar, it can be used with the iPad's Calendar app. Just click "settings" followed by "mail" and then "contacts" followed by "calendars." You can add an account by simply clicking and pressing Other. Select Add CalDAV Account, then place your Google log-in credentials in there.

Do you hate trying to scroll down as you surf online? Just click on the bar at the top to quickly go up to the top again. This will work in other apps as well.

The same light settings are not necessary when you are in different environments, which is why you are given the option to change that. The normal screen brightness can be lowered if you double click the Home button and then swipe the brightness setting. This allows you to go in and manually change your brightness settings.

Would you like to locate your iPod if you misplace it? Go to your Settings and tap on iCloud. Add your account's Apple ID and turn on the app. If you happen to lose your iPad simply go to iCloud.com

Try to keep track of what apps you leave running when you are not using them. A lot of the apps on your tablet can keep running while you work on other things. If you aren't sure what you have left open, push the home button twice. The apps you have running are going to show up near the screen's bottom. Click the home button once or do a downward one finger swipe to close the bar.

If you love to utilize your iPad for media, your battery life can deplete fast. You can help your battery charge last longer by adjusting the brightness of the screen. Most of the day, you will not require your brightness on the highest setting.

A full stop is simple to add when typing. Double tap the space bar when you finish a sentence. After double tapping, you will have a full stop with a space. This is a wonderful time saver if you are typing longer documents.

Now you can quickly mute your iPad. When the iPad first came out, you couldn't quickly mute it. With the advent of iOS 4.3, it became possible to mute the audio easily. All you have to do now is hold the volume down control to mute your iPad instantly.

It is easy to stream all kinds of things using your iPad and Apple TV. You can tell what content can be streamed by the Airplay icon; if you touch it, it can display an image, slideshow, and even a video on your television.

Do you want to turn off your notifications for connecting to a Wi-Fi network. If you answered in the affirmative, there is something you can do. In Wi-Fi under settings, get rid of the feature that prompts you to add or join networks. You will still be able to hop on a network if you desire. This can easily be achieved, but you won't have to deal with high numbers of notifications in the interim.

As noted, iPad is incredibly well-liked due to the many benefits its users enjoy. Learning how to properly operate an iPad and take full advantage of those features does, however, take some learning. Armed with the knowledge that you learned in this article, you will soon be an iPad expert! Best wishes on your iPad adventure!

Your can choose to have the lock key on your iPad either mute the volume or lock your iPad's orientation. The early iPad's cannot perform this function. Any iPad that runs on iOS 4.3 or above will have this feature. Holding the volume-down button will mute your iPad.

There are two ways to show a PDF. PDFs can be placed in iTunes and synced with the iPad, or they can be emailed to your own account. Either way works well, so try both and see which you prefer.

Is Google not your favorite search engine? Change it! Go to the menu for Settings, pick Safari and then Search Engine. Pick out a new engine for searching from the list that appears. Bing, Yahoo and Google are the choices which can be selected.

Are you aware that you do not need to use the keyboard on your iPad? It can be pretty hard to type on a small keyboard projected on your screen. Any Bluetooth keyboard will work perfectly. This enables you type as easily as you do on a laptop.

The quickest way to paste and copy on the iPad is to tap and select the needed text and hold your finger on it for a few seconds. Once the text is selected, tap "copy", and switch to the app you wish to paste to and hold down a tap again. Click Paste. If you want to copy and paste a complete paragraph, tap four times.

Try using street view on the Google Maps app. By searching, a red pin will show up on your map. Tap the pin, then choose the person icon. This loads Street View.

Most people find it helpful to hold the iPad along its sides whenever they are taking pictures. Doing this will make the shutter button move, and you will be unsteady when you take the photograph. Use the orientation lock. This will keep the shutter button within easy reach of your thumb. After you've snapped the picture, use the image editor and rotate the picture to your liking.

It will be better for your eyes to dim the screen when you use the iBooks app. You can go to Settings and access the Brightness option, or you can do it another way. iBooks has a built in brightness adjuster that works well.

It is important to protect your children's safety when they use an iPad to surf the web. Go to "settings," then "general" and then visit "restrictions." When you are in the Restrictions area, hit the option that will allow you to enable restrictions. Now your child is protected from exposure to age inappropriate content. This can include websites, online shows and videos that are adult in nature.

If you want to charge your iPad as quickly as possible, do not use an iPhone charger. This is because iPads have higher wattage requirements than iPhones. Charging with the incorrect charger will delay the charge time. Charge your iPad with an iPad charger.

iPads can process PDF files. The iPad can easily view PDFs and synchronize them to a PC or a Mac using the iTunes application. This kind of convenient functionality is great for students, business people and home users.

There are so many things you can do on your iPad, they can't all be listed. Any one of any age can enjoy it. To learn to use your iPad to its full potential, you must educate yourself on the device. You may be shocked at the improvements it can have on your life.

Amazing Things That Your IPad Can Do For You

iPad Tips and Trick -1 :  Amazing Things That Your IPad Can Do For You

The iPad is quite popular with people from all age groups. Kids are using them to learn in school, and adults are using them to conduct business at the office. The possibilities are endless. Keep reading to find out what you can do with your iPad right now. There are so many iPad Tis and Tricks we will learn.

You can manage the notifications that come through on your iPad. If you have some apps running, you will receive notifications all the time. Go to Settings, then Notifications. Doing so lets you remove the less useful notifications from your home screen. You can customize which alerts you will be shown using this feature, as well as how often alerts are shown.

It is a pain when you get an email and your iPad chimes every time. You can change this! Go to the Settings and select the General tab. Then select Sounds. You can stop the sound for new mail or at least turn it down.

There is a way that you can get rid of the battery percentage on your device. Thankfully, it is pretty easy to remove it from the screen. In general under settings, click on the usage function. Here you can disable it. However, if you want to turn this feature back on, perform the same steps again.

You should always use the security feature in your iPad even if it feels like you don't need it. You may lose it and a lot of personal information is on there.

Need to quickly mute your iPad? Try this. All that you need to do is hold the lower volume button for about two seconds. Doing this is more efficient then pressing it multiple times. Hold it again when you want to turn the volume up.

Are you sick of typing all of the time? Give your dictation option a try. On the keyboard you can tap the key that looks like a microphone, say what you want out loud, and then click it again. When you click once more, your words are now text and you can correct any errors.

You might want to get a long power cord if you often use your iPad for watching videos. This way you can watch your videos while the iPad is charging and leave the internal battery for when you are out of the house doing other things.

Monitor your iPad app spending. iTunes makes it simple to just click and buy once you have entered your credit card or gift card information. You should monitor the spending and limit the time to a strict deadline.

Double-click the Home button if you want access to all of the actively running apps. That will give you a bar that includes all the running apps, and you can access them by pressing on the icon in the bar. This lets you keep an eye on what's running on your iPad and close unneeded apps to free up RAM.

If you think there is a chance someone may be able to see your private data on your iPad, there is a way to create a password that deletes data after a certain amount of failed attempts. Everything on your iPad will be deleted if there are 10 failed password attempts.

Your folders are now supported with iOS. Just drag on app onto another one to create a folder. This will create a folder that holds both apps with a name that describes the category the apps fall under. You can then rename this folder if you like.

Though the iPad is quite resilient, it is important to keep it away from water. Try to keep it out of the rain or humid areas. Moisture and humidity can easily damage the iPad.

Be sure you iPad's history is checked prior to letting others use your iPad. You don't want to have them see something in the browser window you would have rather kept private. When you start a Safari session, the browser fetches the most recent page you were browsing, so go to the Disney site if you're going to show grandma how your iPad works.

Do you get annoyed with multitudes of Wi-Fi network notifications? If so, there is a way to turn this off. Tap settings, Wi-Fi, and then turn off the feature that asks you to join networks. It is really not problem if you later decide to choose a network to join. You will still be allowed to; you will just be free of constant notifications.

You may find your iPad doesn't charge efficiently when connected with the front panel of your computer. In this case, switch to the back. You may not be aware that USB ports can have different power capabilities. The ones in the back tend to be higher powered. If that doesn't work, you may need to purchase a USB adapter for the outlet.

Now that you have read this piece, you should be more aware of the amazing capabilities of the iPad. Check out some of these new features to extend your performance. The more you find out about the functionalities of the iPad, the more helpful this device will be in your day-to-day life.
